Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth, expanding our client base, and forging strategic partnerships to propel our success in the highly competitive IT industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify new opportunities and generate leads for the company’s IT solutions and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners to expand our network and drive business opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions and proposals that address clients’ specific needs and challenges.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our IT solutions and value proposition.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends to identify innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and build strong industry partnerships.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
